Development Footprint Plan
An application is submitted proposing to take advantage of development footprint plan provisions contained within the RoL code. If approved, the approved plan and survey data is saved into Council’s system for access once the lot is created. At the time of signing of the survey plan, the development footprint plan is inputted into the GIS database via secure GTX editing and is ready for publication. The development footprint plan data shown via a visible layer in GTX both internally and externally and approved plans are reported in the planning scheme parcel report.
The approved plans should already be made available via PD online, so GTX to links to the relevant document.
